About Us

Nestled on the picturesque Chebeague Island, Maine, the Great Chebeague Golf Club boasts a rich legacy spanning a century. We are an esteemed semi-private links golf club offering breathtaking ocean views on each hole, and our close-knit community is primarily composed of families with deep historical ties to the island. This is a pivotal moment in our club's history as we've been recognized as a historical landmark by the National Register of Historic Places, a distinction held by just five courses in Maine. As we stride into the future, our board has endorsed an extensive revitalization of our bunkers and berms, and we are actively pursuing membership in the Audubon International Golf Course Sanctuary Program. We're seeking a Course Superintendent to lead these exciting endeavors and more in the years ahead.
